Four Clear Phases

The four phases covered in QuickBuild are Configure, Deploy, Define, and Adopt.

• Configure. In this phase, we help you to accelerate the implementation of P6 in terms of configuration, data migration, application administration, creating reports and dashboards.
• Deploy. In this second phase of QuickBuild, your end users are brought up to speed in their new environment with cutting edge training.  As they begin to operate in their new environment, we are with them every step of the way with remote mentoring and support to ensure questions are answered and roadblocks overcome.
